TSA Requests OMB Review for New Information Collection Activity on Customer Feedback

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has submitted a new Information Collection Request (ICR) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval, aiming to gather qualitative customer and stakeholder feedback on its service delivery, following a 60-day public comment period that began on May 16, 2012.
