Coast Guard Proposes Safety Zone for Gilmerton Bridge Center Span Float-in
The US Coast Guard is proposing a safety zone on the Elizabeth River in Norfolk, Portsmouth, and Chesapeake, VA, to protect mariners from hazards during the Gilmerton Bridge Center Span Float-in and bridge construction.
