Coast Guard Withdraws Proposed Rule for Gilmerton Bridge Center Span Float-In

The Coast Guard has withdrawn its proposed rule for the Gilmerton Bridge Center Span Float-in and bridge construction, rescheduling the start date from July 31, 2012, to September 5, 2012, due to issues with span lift construction.
