Extension of Border Zone in the State of New Mexico

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is proposing to extend the distance nonimmigrant Mexican nationals can travel in New Mexico without obtaining a CBP Form I-94, from 25 miles to 55 miles, to promote commerce and tourism in the region while maintaining safeguards against illegal entry.
