US Customs Service Announces Changes to Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) Test for National Customs Automation Program (NCAP) Simplified Entry

US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is modifying the participant selection criteria and application process for the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) test concerning the simplified entry functionality in the National Customs Automation Program (NCAP).
