Coast Guard Proposes Temporary Safety Zone on Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway at Carolina Beach, NC

The U.S. Coast Guard is proposing a temporary safety zone on the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway at Carolina Beach, North Carolina, to ensure the safety of mariners during maintenance on the U.S. 421 Fixed Bridge. The safety zone will be in effect from December 20, 2012, to October 31, 2013.
