USCIS Submits Information Collection Request for Immigrant Investor Pilot Program Forms to OMB for Review and Clearance

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is seeking OMB approval to extend the collection of Form I-924 and Form I-924A without changes, as part of the Immigrant Investor Pilot Program. The public has 60 days to comment on this request, which was previously announced in the Federal Register on May 10, 2012.
