FEMA Reopens Comment Period for National Flood Insurance Program Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is extending the public comment period for the National Flood Insurance Program Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement, originally set to close on July 16, 2012, and now open until October 9, 2012.
