Coast Guard Proposes Updates to Vessel Traffic Service Regulations

The US Coast Guard is proposing changes to its Vessel Traffic Service (VTS) regulations to align with current operating procedures, requiring participation in VTS in Port Arthur, Texas, and expanding a VTS Special Area in Puget Sound, Washington, among other updates.
