Coast Guard Issues Temporary Bridge Closure for Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway Bridge Maintenance

The Coast Guard has temporarily altered the operating schedule of the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway Bridge across the Lake Washington Ship Canal in Seattle, Washington, to facilitate heavy maintenance, including replacing operating strut guides on the bascule span, allowing the bridge to remain closed during the maintenance period.
