Coast Guard to Enforce Safety Zone on Chicago Sanitary and Ship Canal

The Coast Guard will restrict access to a segment of the Chicago Sanitary and Ship Canal from October 8 to October 12, 2012, to protect waterways and vessels from hazards associated with the Army Corp of Engineers' barge safety testing operations.
