Coast Guard Announces Availability of Policy Letters on STCW Convention

The US Coast Guard has released three policy letters to guide vessels and mariners on the 2010 amendments to the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers, 1978, as amended (STCW).
