Safety Zone Established for Oregon City Bridge Fireworks Display

The U.S. Coast Guard is setting up a restricted area on the Willamette River in Oregon City, Oregon, from October 13, 2012, between 7:30 p.m. and 9 p.m. local time, to safeguard the public during a fireworks event. The restricted zone will be enforced by prohibiting unauthorized individuals and vessels from entering unless authorized by the Sector Columbia River Captain of the Port or his designated representative.
