Coast Guard Cancels BNSF Drawbridge Temporary Deviation

The US Coast Guard has canceled a temporary deviation allowing BNSF Railroad's drawbridge across Old River in Orwood, CA, due to the bridge owner's inability to use it as an alternative navigation path. The cancellation was requested by the bridge owner.
