Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zone on Mississippi River

The US Coast Guard is setting up a temporary safety zone to protect vessels and mariners from hazards associated with bank grading and mat sinking operations by the US Army Corps of Engineers on the Mississippi River, specifically around the USACE Bank Grading Units, Mat Sinking Unit, and vessels M/V Harrison and M/V William James.
