Coast Guard Establishes Special Local Regulation for Palm Beach World Championship

The U.S. Coast Guard is implementing a temporary safety measure for the upcoming Palm Beach World Championship, a high-speed power boat race, by establishing a special local regulation in the Atlantic Ocean off Jupiter, Florida, from October 19 to 21, 2012, to protect participants, spectators, and the general public from potential hazards.
