Vessel Traffic Service Updates for Port Arthur, Texas and Puget Sound

The U.S. Coast Guard has issued updates to the Vessel Traffic Service (VTS) regulations, including new requirements for Port Arthur, Texas, and an expansion of the VTS Special Operating Area in Puget Sound, as part of a proposed rulemaking published in the Federal Register on September 10, 2012.
