US Citizenship and Immigration Services to Submit Information Collection Request for Refugee/Asylee Adjusting Status Form I-643
The Department of Homeland Security's U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services will submit a request for review and clearance of the I-643 form, which is used for refugee/asylee adjusting status, to the Office of Management and Budget for compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, following a previously published notice in the Federal Register on June 28, 2012.
