CBP Seeks Public Comment on Trademark and Copyright Regulation

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is seeking public comment on a new regulation related to trademark and copyright recordation and enforcement. The proposed rule aims to reduce paperwork burden and follows the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
