Coast Guard Extends Safety Zone on Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway

The U.S. Coast Guard is expanding the temporary safety zone on the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway at Oak Island, North Carolina, to ensure the safety of mariners during bridge maintenance, restricting vessel movement from December 12, 2012, to February 14, 2013.
