Debris Removal: Force Account Labor Eligibility for Hurricane Sandy Recovery Costs Under Public Assistance Program

The Department of Homeland Security has implemented a rule allowing for reimbursement of straight-time salaries and benefits for employees performing debris removal work in response to Hurricane Sandy, which was declared a major disaster on October 27, 2012, and affected the eastern seaboard of the United States.
