Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Regulated Navigation Area in New York Harbor

The US Coast Guard is temporarily restricting vessel traffic in a 4-mile radius around four new gantry cranes being installed in New York Harbor, near the Gowanus Bay and Flushing Bay Marine Transfer Stations, to ensure safe navigation and prevent potential hazards to vessels.
