Coast Guard Issues Guidance for Electrical Equipment Certification on Foreign-Flagged Mobile Offshore Drilling Units

The U.S. Coast Guard is providing guidance on certifying electrical equipment on foreign-flagged Mobile Offshore Drilling Units (MODUs) that have never operated on the U.S. Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) but intend to do so, in line with the 2009 International Maritime Organization (IMO) MODU Code.
