U.S. Customs and Border Protection Submits Information Collection Request for Declaration for Free Entry of Returned American Products

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is seeking public comment on a proposed extension of its information collection for the Declaration for Free Entry of Returned American Products (CBP Form 3311), which was previously approved in 2012 and is now set to expire. The proposed extension would maintain the same burden hours and information collection, and comments are being accepted until November 21, 2012.
