Coast Guard Establishes Safety Zone for Grain-Shipment Vessels on Columbia and Willamette Rivers

The US Coast Guard has created a temporary safety zone around grain-shipment vessels on the Columbia and Willamette Rivers to prevent protest activities from disrupting navigation and creating hazardous conditions for vessels and other river users.
