Coast Guard Establishes Safety Zones for Grain-Shipment Vessels on Columbia and Willamette Rivers

The US Coast Guard has set up temporary safety zones around four vessels, including the Daniel Foss and Washington, to prevent protest activities from disrupting grain shipments and hazardous navigation on the Columbia and Willamette Rivers.
