Coast Guard Proposes Regulated Navigation Area to Protect Sediment Cap in Youngs Bay, Oregon

The U.S. Coast Guard is proposing a Regulated Navigation Area at the Youngs Bay PacifiCorp property in Astoria, Oregon, to preserve an engineered sediment cap as part of a remedial action required by the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality.
