U.S. Customs and Border Protection Reopens Application Period for Air Cargo Advance Screening Pilot Program

U.S. Customs and Border Protection is reopening the application period for the Air Cargo Advance Screening pilot program for 15 days, allowing new participants to submit their applications until November 7, 2012.
