Extension of the Re-registration Period for Haiti Temporary Protected Status

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has extended the re-registration period for Haiti Temporary Protected Status (TPS) from November 30, 2012 to January 29, 2013, due to Hurricane Sandy's impact on TPS beneficiaries' ability to file on time. The extension was announced in a notice published in the Federal Register.
