DEA to Temporarily Schedule Four Synthetic Cannabinoids into Schedule I

The Deputy Administrator of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is issuing a notice of intent to temporarily place four synthetic cannabinoids, including QUPIC, 5F-PB-22, AB-FUBINACA, and ADB-PINACA, into Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act (CSA) due to concerns over public safety, effective immediately.
