DEA Temporarily Schedules 10 Synthetic Cathinones into Schedule I

The Deputy Administrator of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has issued a final order to temporarily schedule 10 synthetic cathinones into Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act (CSA) due to an imminent hazard to public safety, following a finding that these substances pose a significant risk to public safety.
