Commodity Futures Trading Commission to Review Trading Contracts for Significant Price Discovery Functions

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) is undertaking a review to determine whether certain natural gas contracts offered for trading on the Natural Gas Exchange, Inc. (NGX) perform significant price discovery functions, as required by the Commodity Exchange Act and Commission Rule 36.3(c).
