U.S. Department of Justice Amends ATF Regulations to Remove Defense Articles from Munitions Import List

The U.S. Department of Justice has amended Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) regulations to remove defense articles that no longer require import control under the Arms Export Control Act, effective as of January 1, 2024.
