DEA Sets Quotas for 10 Synthetic Cathinones

The Drug Enforcement Administration has temporarily placed 10 synthetic cathinones, including 4-MEC and butylone, under strict regulations, requiring manufacturers to register and obtain quotas to produce these substances after March 7, 2014.
