Department of Justice Submits Information Collection Request for Tobacco Inventory Report and Direct Sales Report

The Department of Justice, in collaboration with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, is seeking public comment on a proposed information collection request for the Tobacco Inventory Report and Direct Sales Report, which must be reviewed and approved by the Office of Management and Budget under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
