CFTC Requests Comments on Exemption for Over-the-Counter Agricultural Swaps

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) is seeking public input on a petition to exempt certain over-the-counter (OTC) agricultural swaps from specific requirements imposed by Commission Regulation 35.2, allowing the Kansas City Board of Trade (KCBT) and Kansas City Board of Trade Clearing Corporation (KCBTCC) to list and clear wheat calendar swaps, respectively.
