DOJ, FBI, and CJIS Division Submit Information Collection Request to OMB for Review and Approval

The Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation, and Criminal Justice Information Services Division are requesting OMB approval for a previously published information collection, the CJIS Name Check Form, which was initially published in the Federal Register on April 29, 2014, and is now up for a 60-day comment period.
