CFTC Amends Regulations for Electronic Filing of Financial Reports and Notices

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) is expanding its electronic filing rules to allow for more flexibility in submitting financial reports and related notices, including the option to use non-calendar fiscal years and early warning notices.
