ATF Eliminates Low Volume Firearms Transaction Record Form 4473 (LV) Due to Rare Usage

The Department of Justice is eliminating the low-volume version of the Firearms Transaction Record, ATF Form 4473 (LV), as it is rarely used by federally licensed firearms dealers, and requiring them to use the standard Form 4473 for all dispositions and maintain a record of firearm acquisitions and dispositions.
