DOJ Extends Comment Period for Movie Theater Accessibility Rule

The Department of Justice is extending the comment period for proposed amendments to its Americans with Disabilities Act title III regulation requiring closed captioning and audio description in movie theaters, originally set to close on September 30, 2014, to December 1, 2014.
