CFTC Requests Public Comment on Proposed Questionnaire for Regulation 30.10 Relief Recipients

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) Division of Clearing and Intermediary Oversight (DCIO) is requesting public comment on a proposed questionnaire to collect updated information on exemptive relief recipients under Regulation 30.10. The request is part of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 and must be submitted within 60 days.
