Department of Justice Submits Information Collection Request for Federal Firearms License Responsible Person Questionnaire

The Department of Justice, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, is seeking public comments on a proposed information collection request to obtain data on responsible persons for federal firearms licenses, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
