U.S. Government Sues Nexstar Broadcasting Group Over Acquisition of Local TV Stations

The U.S. Department of Justice has filed a lawsuit against Nexstar Broadcasting Group, Inc., Mission Broadcasting, Inc., Communications Corporation of America, and Silver Point Capital Fund, L.P., alleging that their proposed acquisition of local TV stations would harm competition in the industry.
