EPA Proposes Settlement Agreement for Environmental Cleanup Costs

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has announced a proposed settlement agreement to cover cleanup costs for environmental damage under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), the Oil Pollution Act, and the Clean Water Act.
