DEA to Temporarily Schedule Three Synthetic Cannabinoids into Schedule I

The Drug Enforcement Administration is issuing a notice of intent to temporarily place three synthetic cannabinoids, AB-CHMINACA, AB-PINACA, and THJ-2201, into Schedule I due to concerns over public safety, following a finding by the Deputy Administrator that immediate action is necessary to prevent harm.
