National Practitioner Data Bank Renames Proactive Disclosure Service to Continuous Query
The Health Resources and Services Administration, part of the Department of Health and Human Services, has changed the name of its Proactive Disclosure Service to Continuous Query, marking the end of a prototype phase that began in 2007.
