Federal Government Submits Request for Public Feedback on Agency Service Delivery

The Office of the Secretary, Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC), HHS, has submitted a Generic Information Collection Request to OMB for approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act, as part of a Federal Government-wide effort to streamline the process of seeking public feedback on service delivery.
