FDA Requests Public Comment on Proposed Collection of Animal Generic Drug User Fee Act Cover Sheet

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking public input on the proposed collection of information for the Animal Generic Drug User Fee Act Cover Sheet Form FDA 3728, which implements provisions of the 2008 Animal Generic Drug User Fee Act (AGDUFA). The public has 60 days to comment on the proposed collection.
