Extension of Comment Period for FDA FSMA Fee Amounts on Small Business Notice

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is extending the comment period for its notice on the burden of fee amounts on small businesses under the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) until November 30, 2011. The FDA is seeking public comments on whether to reduce fees or consider other factors for small businesses, as well as how to define small businesses.
