Medicare Program; Medicare Part B Monthly Actuarial Rates, Premium Rate, and Annual Deductible Beginning January 1, 2012

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has announced the monthly actuarial rates, premium rates, and annual deductible for Medicare Part B, effective January 1, 2012. The rates include $199.80 for aged beneficiaries and $192.50 for disabled beneficiaries, with a standard monthly premium of $99.90.
